Is your swing being inhibited by poor flexibility, lack of power, balance issues, or even an old recurring injury? If you’re trying to do what your swing coach is asking, but can’t quite seem to be able to get your body to make that motion, then this is the program for you! The session begins with an 11 point screening which will determine your range of motion, balance, posture, mobility, and physical strength capabilities. Based upon the results of the analysis, a physical work-out regime will be compiled and conducted to help build better posture, more power, increased efficiency and an overall more repetitive golf swing. Once you are aware of any physical limitations you have, and are equipped with an improvement plan to overcome them, you’ll be well on your way to a healthier body and lower scores!
In this session, your fitness instructor will help you work on range of motion, posture, mobility, balance, and strength, which are all important to improving and reproducing an accurate golf swing. You will also be advised and educated on the cardiovascular portion of a golfer’s work-out, and provided with a personalized fitness regime to follow. Power exercises will be introduced as soon as any necessary muscular corrections have been made, and when this session is combined with a swing instructor’s assistance, it is sure to lead to future improvements in your golf game.
Our fitness instructor will provide hands on correction that will help improve your motion immediately. Whether your issue is flexibility, strength, or stability related, your golf coach and fitness instructor will collaborate to pin-point the precise area where correction is necessary, and then take the initial steps toward improvement.
